Accessibility
Updated Aug 2025. Make designs and pages easier to read and navigate for everyone.
Headings
- Use one H1 per page; proceed with H2/H3 in order.
- Don’t pick headings for looks—use CSS to style instead.
Contrast
- Keep text highly legible behind subjects (white/yellow + thin stroke).
- Test small-screen contrast; avoid color clashes with skin tones.
Alt Text
- Describe content images succinctly; decorative images can have empty alt.
- Focus on the purpose: what the image conveys to the viewer.
Keyboard Focus
- Ensure links and buttons show a visible focus ring.
- Provide skip links and logical tab order.
